Yang Yue received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and optics from Nankai University, China, in 2004 and 2007respectively. He recetved the Ph D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern Califomia, USA, in 2012. He iscurrently a Protessor with the School of Information and Communications Engineering, Xan Jiaotong Unversity, China. He is thefounder and current PI of Intelligent Photonic Application Technology Laboratory (iPatL ab). Dr. Yue's curent research interest isintelligent photonics, including optical communications, optical perception, and optical chip. He has published >300 journal papers(including Science) and conference proceedings with >14.000 citations, two books (Elsevier, Springer Nature), eight edited books.two book chapters, >50 issued patents (including 30 U.S. patents and 6 European patents), >200 invited presentations (including 1tutorial, >30 plenary and >100 keynote talks). Dr. Yue is a Fellow of Optica and SPIE. He is an Associate Editor for IEEE Accessand Frontiers in Physics, Editor Board Member for four other scientific joumals, Guest Editor for >10 joumal special issues. He alsoserved as Chair for >100 international conferences, Reviewer for >80 prestigious journals

Dr. M.A. Jabbar is a distinguished professional in the field of Computer Science and Engineering, with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). He serves as the Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Vardhaman College of Engineering, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Dr. M. A. Jabbar has served as Secretary of the IEEE Hyderabad Section, Chair of IEEE SIGHT Hyderabad Section, and Chair of the IEEE Computer Society Hyderabad Section. He has actively contributed to strengthening professional activities, promoting humanitarian technology initiatives, and advancing research and innovation within the IEEE community. Dr. M. A. Jabbar is currently serving as a Member of the IEEE Smart Cities Initiative and as a Member of the IEEE Artificial Intelligence Standards Committee.Through these roles, he contributes to global efforts in advancing smart city frameworks and developing standards for artificial intelligence technologies.His work primarily focuses on advancing AI and ML, and his dedication and expertise have earned him numerous accolades. These include the Best Faculty Researcher Award from the CSI Mumbai Chapter and FOSSEE Labs IIT Bombay, the Best HOD of the Year Award from CSI, the Outstanding Leadership Award from
IEEE Hyderabad Section, and the Distinguished Contributor Award from the IEEE CS Chapter in 2021.He received best head of the Department award from Computer Society of India , Mumbai Chapter in 2024.
Dr. M.A. Jabbar has been honoured as one of the top 2% of scientists worldwide, as featured in the "World Ranking of Top 2% Scientists," a prestigious list compiled by Stanford University and Elsevier. His remarkable research contributions span artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their interdisciplinary applications, solidifying his reputation as a leader in these fields. In addition to his research, Dr. M.A. Jabbar holds senior memberships in globally recognized professional organizations such as the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Dr. S. Kannimuthu is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Karpagam College of Engineering, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He also serves as the Head of Technical Training. He is an IEEE Senior Member (ID: 99320117) and an IBM Certified Cybersecurity Analyst. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, where he also completed his M.E. (CSE) and B.Tech (IT) degrees. He has more than 18 years of teaching and industrial experience. Dr. Kannimuthu is a recognized Ph.D. supervisor at Anna University, Chennai. Under his guidance, eight Ph.D. candidates have successfully completed their research, and he is currently supervising eight Ph.D. research scholars. He has published over 100 research articles (SCI: 30, Scopus: 75) in various international journals. Additionally, he has authored Four books—Data Structures, Fundamentals of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and LinkedList Demystified: A Placement Perspective—and contributed five Scopus-indexed book chapters. He acting as Editor for several Reputed Journals and Book Series.
He serves as a mentor and consultant for DeepLearning.AI, MaxByte Technologies, Dhanvi Info Tech, and Hubino. He is also an expert member of the AICTE Student Learning Assessment Project (ASLAP). Dr. Kannimuthu has presented numerous papers at national and international conferences. He has visited more than 100 engineering colleges and delivered over 200 guest lectures on various topics. He serves as a reviewer for more than 100 journals and four books. He has successfully completed a consultancy project through the Industry–Institute Interaction Cell for ZF Wind Power Antwerpen Ltd., Belgium. He has also received funding from CSIR, DRDO, and ISRO to conduct workshops and seminars. He has completed more than 610 Certifications (41 Specializations and 4 Professional Certifications) in Coursera, Hackerrank and NPTEL on various domains. He has guided numerous research-oriented as well as application-oriented projects organized by reputed companies such as IBM. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Data Structures and Algorithms, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Big Data Analytics, Blockchain, and Virtual Reality.

Dr. Azhar Imran is an Associate Professor at Beijing University of Technology (BJUT), China, and a Senior Member of IEEE. His research focuses on Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, and biomedical applications, particularly explainable and multimodal AI systems for healthcare. He has published over 100 research articles in leading venues, including IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging (TMI), IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems (TNNLS), and top Elsevier journals such as Neural Networks and Information Sciences. He is a recipient of the Young Marconi Award, the Outstanding Award from the Ministry of Education, China, and has been recognized among the Top 2% Scientists Worldwide (Stanford University ranking). Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Mas Rina Mustaffa is an Associate Professor at the Multimedia Department, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), and a registered Professional Technologist (Ts.). A Senior Member of IEEE, she specializes in computer vision, multimedia analytics, pattern recognition, and multimedia information retrieval, with a focus on AI-driven solutions for education, agriculture, and intelligent systems. She has led and collaborated on major national and international projects, including Malaysia’s FRGS grants and the European Union’s Horizon 2020 ULTRACEPT initiative, and recently completed a research secondment at the University of Leicester, UK (2024). Dr. Mas Rina has published extensively in high-impact journals and international conferences (IEEE, ACM, Springer) and is a recipient of multiple Best Paper and Presentation Awards. She is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Intelligent Media Computing, Vice President of PECAMP Malaysia (2025–2027), and currently serves as Publication Chair and Track Chair for several international conferences, advancing global research in AI-powered computer vision and intelligent multimedia systems

LU LENG received his Ph.D degree from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, P. R. China, in 2012. He performed his postdoctoral research at Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, P. R. China. He was a visiting scholar at West Virginia University, USA, and Yonsei University, South Korea. Currently, he is a full professor, the dean of Institute of Computer Vision, the office director of Jiangxi Provincial Key Laboratory of Image Processing and Pattern Recognition at Nanchang Hangkong University.
Prof. Leng has published more than 150 international journal and conference papers, including more than 80 SCI papers and three highly cited papers. He has been granted several scholarships and funding projects, including six projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He serves as a reviewer of more than 100 international journals and conferences. His research interests include computer vision, biometric template protection, biometric recognition, medical image processing, data hiding, etc.
Prof. Leng was selected as one of the "World's Top 2% Scientists" four times, and awarded Jiangxi Youth May-4th Medal. He is an outstanding representative of "Innovation Talent" of Jiangxi Enterprise in "Science and Technology China", "Jiangxi Hundred-Thousand-Ten-thousand Talent Project", and "Jiangxi Voyage Project".
